Hai Friends, Folllow this Simple Steps

 All you have to do is to make a new text document with notepad,
 Type msg * YOUR MESSAGE and save as anything.bat. (Instead of YOUR MESSAGE u can Add any message u like to display)
 As always, make sure that you select All files instead of Text Document.



Now Close and Open that file.. It Looks Like the Above Snapshot
